I traveled to Angel Island this weekend on the first warm day of the summer here in the Bay Area. After getting off the ferry, I quickly rode to Perle's Beach which is always beautiful. I spent about 3 hours enjoying the beach topless without any problems. The beach was pretty empty but groups would walk by at times. I would strongly recommend Angel Island as it is very secluded (at most of the beaches) and very scenic!
