Hello, I'm a big supporter and wish more places were progressed enough to see that being toplessis natural. If men can do it, then why not us women?

However, I read over the post concerning Arkansas and just thought I would give you further information.

Arkansas is very strict about nudity, mostly from the religious community, and there are strict laws against it. The fact that the woman in the post mentioned that the police "had better things to do" reflects more on their laziness then on any law.

So please inform your readers about this. I'd hate for anyone to get arrested, unless of course they wanted to protest this law and try to get it changed. There would be support for it!!

While visiting Arkansas the summer of 2000, I spent much of my time topfree. Some of the campgrounds were uptight about it and requested that I don my top. However, this little town between Conway and Little Rock, Mayflower, is topfree-friendly. I stopped in and visited with the sheriff and he told me that he had more important things to do than answer calls about some woman going around without her shirt on.
