We recently returned from a terrific 10-day trip
to Aruba; we loved it. My wife had never been topfree in public before. During
our extended visit, she not only enjoyed topfreedom, but also was able to enjoy
thong bottoms every day while soaking up the rays. After the first hour or so,
she never wore more than a tiny thong bottom while enjoying the hot, windy beaches
of Aruba. We stayed at a large resort, where topfreedom (even on the wide beach
in front of the hotel) was quite limited. So we ventured out (we rented a scooter)
and visited many beaches, including Eagle beach and Manchebo beach several times
each. Right from the beginning, my wife felt comfortable topfree; we noticed
many topfree ladies (and both men and women in thong bathing suits), and basically
saw that folks just keep to themselves on Aruba even if within close proximity
on the beach. As others have mentioned on this website, there are many Europeans
who visit Aruba (especially at these two beaches), and the ladies think nothing
of spending their whole day on the beach topfree. My wife never got stared at
or bothered in any way. Initially she was topfree only while seated or laying
out and would put on a top to go for a swim. As the days passed however, she
became accustomed to making the (long) walk to the water’s edge topfree
wearing only one of her bottoms. She swam topfree by herself and with me, and
towards the end of our trip we were taking extended walks along the shoreline.
Although it was exhilarating for both us with her in thong and topfree, no one
else really seemed to notice! My wife and I both recommend a strong sunscreen
in Aruba, especially for areas that aren’t used to that much sun! We will
share more information later about our stay in Aruba with some other beach destinations.

My wife went topfree in Aruba on one occasion only, because there were no topfree women around before the sixth day of our stay. A couple of women (probably German) took their tops off on the beach, and my wife soon followed (she did not want to be the only one around...). There was no problem. There was one guy (looked American) who turned around and stared at one of the girls as she went to refresh herself at a shower nearby, but nothing else.

My wife and I recently went to Aruba. They allow topless on all beaches. My wife really enjoyed it. Some areas/motels had mostly American's and you did not see hardly any topless (except my baby Missy) other areas/motels were mostly European and most of the women were topless. A few people went by more than once to get a look at my Missy but it was very casual, we just chatted with them and they went on.
