One great place to go topfree is the Strawberry Canyon Recreational Area in Berkeley. Topless sunbathing is allowed around the east pool, but not when swimming in the pool, as stated at the entrance. I have been top free there in past two years on every weekend. There are usually very few topless women on weekdays, but top freedom ranges from 10-50% on warm and sunny weekend afternoons. General admission is $5.
