My wife and I just returned from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Unfortunately, any talk of topfree public beaches in Cabo does not seem to be true. We were surprised that there were no public topfree women on any of the beaches or at any of the hotel pools. What we did find were miles of secluded beaches, some not far from the hotels. To be topfree in Cabo one has to walk to a spot where there are rocks separating the secluded beach from the crowded beach. There are miles of beaches that can be accessed from the main roads, however, 4-wheel drive is helpful. Topfreedom is possible, but it takes some effort to accomplish it.
