On a visit to Charlottesville's Ivy Creek Natural Area last year I took my top off.  I figured it is a "natural area" so why not!  Since then I've spread my towel or blanket and enjoyed hours of topfree sunning in one of the old farm's fields.  I have tried to turn on my stomach when I've noticed an old bird watcher on the trails ...  I wouldn't want to cause a heart attack!  Other than that I've just acted "natural" and haven't been hassled.
