Clinton Lake, Kansas is a great place to go topless. There are two beaches...one is in the state park and honestly stinks. The other is in the federally owned land next to the state park, and it is pretty cool. There are a lot of college guys and girls there in the late spring and early fall from KU in Lawrence, and families usually in the summer, but topless is not uncommon at all. I first saw a woman topless there last summer when I went for the first time and was surprised. This summer there is someone topless every time I go, and I've learned to join them! The college kids can get a little rowdy, but they aren't rude at all to us older 30-something topless women.
