My husband and I are both avid boaters and fisherman. We go to Skiatook Lake, just north of Tulsa, almost every weekend during the summer. I wear a thong with a sarong and a bikini top in the parking lot and while we are launching our boat. Once the boat is launched and we are underway I remove the sarong and my top for the rest of the day. I have never had any problems. During the weekend this lake can be quite busy and I have seen other women wearing thongs, and topless but only on other boats. I am not sure of the law regarding toplesness but if someone were to complain I would cover up.
