My wife and I go to Dania Beach north of the pier by the fence to John Lloyds Park. She can go into the water topless and we have had no problems here in the past 4 years. You just need to be ready to cover up if any kids walk by. There usually are a couple of topless ladies on the weekend but rarely during the week. We need to get more people going to Dania Beach topless.
