For a few years we lived in Louisville, KY and would go to a lake in southern Indiana to lay out. The lake is in Dream Lake Recreation Area (take 60 west from I-65 just north of Louisville). I have seen on this site that topless and thongs are illegal in Indiana, but it is not enforced at Deam Lake.

We have gone many times over three summers and we have seen many women and men in g-strings or thongs and a few women go topless. There are many families around so people are not too overt, but I have never failed to see at least a few topless women there when I've been there. I've never seen a woman go to the water topless, but thongs are perfectly acceptable for swimming.
