I'm a French girl and live in the French capital Paris. I am often going to Deauville on the coast, in particular this summer. The beach is big and safe for children and for families but I am always "seins nus" (that's French for "topfree" or "topless"). I never had trouble or hassles and many other girls (but not all) are "seins nus" also. Now I have to wait for next year because winter is on its way...
