I saw the report on Scotts Mill. If you follow Georgetown Pike a little further north you will come to Difficult Run on the left. Difficult Run is part of Great Falls National Park in the VA suburbs of DC. There is a well-maintained trail that runs along a stream to the Potomac River. The stream just off the trail offers many opportunities for topless sunbathing in the warm months. Weekends can be crowded with teens and families, but weekdays are quiet. I have never been hassled for being topless, and several times I have been joined by other women who have taken off their tops after seeing me. Which brings to mind this point. Many times I have been the first at various parks and beaches to take my top off, only to be joined by other women who are then more comfortable when they see someone else topfree. Sometimes you have to make the first move.
