My wife goes topfree in Hobe Sound Park, and enjoys it. No hassle from anyone, although she covers during occasional ranger rounds. One can walk quite a distance to be secluded, but she chose to stay closer to the main area (small crowd, in any case) and had no problem. Went swimming topfree. When walking along the long beach, some other women will be seen topfree, but it is not the rule.
