Recently my wife and I were biking around the Kensico Dam Plaza (a large grass park adjacent to the Dam holding back the Kensico Reservoir). Anyway, we came across two 20-something women, topfree, playing Frisbee. Soon some guys joined them and all had a great time. The area was well policed and no-one ever complained. The park was quite crowded that day. All seemed so natural with the bare breasted women running around.
