I am a regular at Kitsilano Beach in Vancouver. The beach is on the shores of beautiful English Bay. Every day, in the summer time there are always some topless bathers. I have frequently gone topless and no one pays any mind at all. The beach goers there are totally tolerant, since this is predominantly a "young crowd beach", there are not that many children around. There are a few, but usually there is no fuss as there are many topless bathers, not in a majority, but some almost every day and no one pays any particular attention. Once in a while there may be a curious voyeur, but they usually move on as this beach is frequented by people on their lunch hour. Also there is a large swimming pool on one end of the beach and I have seen topless use there and once again, no fuss. It is now law in British Columbia that women have achieved equality and may go topless wherever men can.

My girlfriend and I visit Kitsalano Beach regularly and she always goes topfree, sometimes other women will join her but not that often. Most of the time people will not really pay that much attention.
