The Marispica village or resort is in Sicily. It is family oriented and women can stroll the beach, take the sun, go in the water topfree as they wish. They also have "Spanish Merengue" dance contests on the beach and some women join in on the fun topfree and it is never a hassle when I've been there. They also have a giant swimming pool where you can go topfree.
