Last May my husband and I spent a couple of weeks
in Marbella in Costa del Sol, Spain. The public beaches close to Puerto Banus
are beautiful and our estimate is that about 50% of women were topless. We saw
German families where both mom and daughtes were topless and it seemed totally
normal. We also saw a bunch of American college students who, after a couple
of hours on the beach, went topfree.
I had never been topless and I was not considering going topless there, but
after 3 days I started getting used to the possibility. Suddenly, at one point
my husband asks me "Why don't you take off your top?", I answered
"No way" but after several minutes I just took my top off (facing
down); and then, after another 30 minutes I decided that it was time to turn
face up. I never thought I would have the guts to do it but so it was a very
nice experience.

My wife and I spent a week in Malaga Spain two years ago. We noticed that when we walked through our resort, many women near the pool were topfree. The beaches were also topfree. After two days my wife decided that she would try being topfree, after a short time she decided that it was comfortable and spent must of her time at the pool topfree. We did notice that no women walked around topfree in the pool area and they also put on their tops when going into the pool.

Last year my wife and I spent a week at the Mijas Costa region in Spain (Costa del Sol), near Marbella. At the resort where we stayed about 40% of the women at the pool were topfree, and nobody seemed to be bothered. We also went to a beach near the resort (Cabopino beach), where almost 80% of the ladies were without the top. My wife, at the first hour, stayed with her top on (she's very shy), but after that, noticing that nobody cared, and it was very natural, she decided to shed the top. We have been back to that beach four other days, and she didn't use the top again. This was the first time she went topfree in public but the feeling was so good we decided to go, in our next vacations, to a place where we can repeat the experience.
