If you're in to top free Mosquito State Park is NOT the state park for you unless you are bold. It is a nice family beach setting with lots of people. You'll see skimpy bikinis and a few thongs but thongs will get you noticed to the max. Topfree women are virtually unseen on the main areas of the beach. My advice is to go topfree on a boat on the lake or topfree in the more secluded areas of the park or on the extreme edges of the beach (near the pine trees nearest the dam). These are the usual areas and methods that I and my friends use at this park. We wear thongs and take our tops off only once we're on the lake or in a more private area.
