I just spent the weekend in Noel, Missouri (southwestern corner of the state). There are several campgrounds, small stores and a few night clubs there. Along the clear, clean river there were natural rock beaches and topless sunbathers galore. I took off my top after just a few minutes and remained topless the entire weekend.
