We just returned from Jamaica. We stayed at the Couples resorts in Ocho Rios and Negril. We were mainly on private resort property. Couples Ocho Rios has a nude island where we enjoyed being completely bare, and Couples Negril has a nude section on their beach. The rest of the beach area at both resorts was open to being topless. Many women would lay out and even walk up and down the beach topless.

After a few days, and seeing many women topless and in thongs, Cassy felt comfortable walking around the rest of the resort topless. When eating or going indoors she would cover up (they asked that women wear a sarong to cover thong backs when eating). There were also jacuzzis throughout the grounds of Couples Ocho Rios that were top-free.

Probably a third of the women at the resorts wore a thong, and a few men. At least half of the women went topless, and I (Rob) felt comfortable in a thong as well.
