Just for your information, in Ohio you are allowed to go topless anywhere. They tried to pass a law to stop it in State Parks but it was struck down. I hear there is a favorite spot located in Alum Creek State Park.

In any Ohio State Park or State Recreation Area it is still legal for women to go topfree. This is the first year in four or five when the legislature hasn't tried to outlaw topfree and thongs.
