In Poland toplessness practically does not exist. On public beaches, parks and swimming pools all women are covered. One could notice some topless women at the edge of naturist beach, but that's all.

Once some swimming pools wanted to encourage girls to go topless by offering them free entrance if they leave their breast bare. There were so many gawkers, however, that all of daring girls covered themselves up and whole idea died.

It should be noted that topless is not legally prohibited in Poland.
