Topless sunbathing in public parks in Savannah will get you arrested or at least a ticket... Savannah is very prudish. The best place to go is south Jekyll Island (1 and 1/2 hours) near the soccer complex or get a boat ride to the outer islands off the coast near savannah and nudity is ok hear. Tina got a ticket at St. Simons for having fallen asleep with her top off, and it cost $85 and misdemeanor first offense for "prohibited behavior", second offense in Georgia is a felony. Please be careful.

There are two parks that are known to be frequented by top-free sun bathers. The names of these parks are Daffin Park and Forsythe Park. The legality of this practice unknown, however I can say that I have as of yet to see anyone bothered by the authorities. This does not involve women walking around top-free, but simply sunbathing or sitting on the grass enjoying the nice weather. My girlfriend and encourage it and hope that this practice continues to grow! Come and join us!!!
