My wife has just started going topfree and although in N.Y. it is perfectly legal you don't find many doing it.

We where out at Sunset Bay about 25 minutes south of Buffalo just hanging out on the beach when my wife decided to give it a try. After removing her top a crowd of guys gathered around and made her very uncomfortable, so it didn't last long.

Although we had no hassles from the cops the amount of attention that my wife got was unwanted. After all we just wanted a quiet day on the beach.

We did manage to find another beach a couple of miles before Sunset in a town called Derby. This was much more secluded and you had to go down an old stair case to get to the beach but it was much nicer. Even though it was a hot day there was probably only about 40 or so people down the whole beach line. After my wife removed her top a couple of other woman also did, and no one seemed to mind.
