I go to Surf City on Long Beach Island in New Jersey every year. For the past few years I have been going topfree in the off-season (May and September). Last year I brought a few friends who joined my being topfree and we never got a complaint or even a stare, Hopefully Surf City will continue this practice and more women will go topfree.
