Back in June we found this beautiful secluded bay (Traeth Llyfn beach) on the north west coast of Pembrokeshire. It is totally unspoilt - you either park in the small car park at the top of the cliffs or walk there along the coast path.

Rocks divide the bay into a smaller number of "coves". At its peak there were only a couple of dozen people dotted about the cove and a number of the women were topless. No-one walked along the beach or swam topless though.

We came back the following day and Karen spent the whole time on the beach happily topless again. Once again a few of the other women on the beach were topless too.

Wales is not renowned for its topless beaches, but away from the main resorts people seem relaxed about it.
