Just returned from Trinidad, Cuba - the main beach, called Playa Ancon is not only an excellent white sand beach, but also a safe haven for topless sunbathers. We noticed a very international crowd - mostly German, French, Brazilian, Canadian, British... and my wife had absolutely no reservations about removing her top at all. This beach, unlike most in Cuba, is also open to Cubans as well as tourists. Enjoy!
