Your "Introduction" page says that topfreedom is the notion that women have the right to not wear a top in any situation that men have that option. This should include walking to and from the beach, calling in at a shop (store) on the way to or from the beach and all the other things a man can still do if he left his shirt at home or the hotel when setting out for the beach. Your readers probably have the same notion and may misread the General Information on the England page. Going topfree is going to get you into trouble anywhere except on the beach! Even at most pools and parks. The Brighton and Hove page means that the Brighton and Hove beaches are topfree, not the towns. The screened, pay-to-enter enclosure at the Serpentine Lido in Hyde Park is topfree and I think the London page only means to say this, not that the whole park is topfree. Having said all that, going topfree in the wrong place probably won't lead to instant arrest. Only a request to cover up or move to a more suitable spot.

There's no law against going topfree in the UK and many British women go topless abroad. However it seems women are more conservative on home soil and may wear a top in Britain when they wouldn't in Greece or Spain. Going topless isn't going to get you into trouble but you may find yourself in a conspicuous minority.
