Wasaga Beach is a great beach town north of Toronto outside of the city of Barrie. This is a very vibrant beach with a very young crowd and can become very crowded close to the bars and main street. Topless bathing is accepted but once again because the crowd is younger (16-40) it usually takes a few braver open minded women to start removing their tops in the middle of a mixed crowd and then other women will follow.
