Washington State has a very progressive culture. The Western part of the state in particular is very "accepting" of diversity, so Lyudmila enjoys being topfree when the weather is warm (she's originally from Europe where this is "no big deal"). Best times to visit Washington is July through mid-September. See you on the beach!
